That one painting second from the top looks like it's right out of the Bugs Bunny cartoon Bugs Bonnets (by Chuck Jones c. 1956). Was that cartoon an inspiration?

David Germain, you win the jack pot. That second painting is definetly inspired by bugs bonnets. I wish I had that cartoon on tape, so I could really rip it off. Do you know if there are any screen grabs from that cartoon on the net?
